To build a nation and civilisation, every individual should be rooted in their culture and traditional teachings. To meet this objective, free classes of Bhagavad Gita, Devotional practices and Mantra chanting are conducted on a regular basis.
Kriya or cleansing sessions are held every weekend, at morning hours for participants wanting to detoxify their internal body and improve their health conditions.
I am taking YIC( yoga Instructor course) at Pranava yoga institution. I wanted to know yoga in a deeper perspective and thankfully I have found a right teacher . Ashoka sir has immense knowledge and great interest to teach about the subject. I have already started seeing positive changes in my body and mind. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to lead a healthy life and imbibe yoga as a way of life.
I have attended many yoga classes in Bangalore and abroad, but never came across any place like this where the teacher teaches with so much of passion and keenness to pass on the knowledge to the students. Ashok sir’s interpretation and explanations of concepts of yoga is unparalleled. I went here initially for yoga therapy for immense joints pain after developing viral fever and was advised a heavy dose of steroids by the rheumatologist. I was scared that I would continue to have this pain for 2-3 years like many of my friends, but with Ashok sir’s dedicated therapy, I am cured totally without any medications and now have been continuing in Pranava for the YIC – Yoga Instructor’s Course. I recommend Pranava for all ages, if you really want to learn yoga, the way it has to be learnt! I never dreamt that I would be addicted to yoga in my life. Thanks to Pranava and Ashok Sir for being such an inspiration!
I had the privilege of taking about 25 therapy classes under Ashok sir. He is highly knowledgeable and a dedicated teacher. He not only teaches exercises, Aasanas, kriyas etc., but explains the benefits and their connection with the medical science also!! He quotes verses from Upanishads, Bhagavad-Gita etc., at relevant places. This centre is an ideal place for YOGA
