Cyclic Meditation [CM] is a technique of ‘moving meditation‘, which combines the practice of yoga postures with guided meditation. This technique is developed Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation, Bengaluru (VYASA). The technique has its origin in an ancient Indian text, Mandukya Upanishad.
CM may improve the quality of sleep for people with anxiety neurosis and high work related stress.
Regular practice of CM reduces the risk of hypertension, better control of blood sugar levels in those with diabetics and improves overall medicine and symptom scores for people with minor health conditions.
